Tenerife and I
Nearly ten years ago, I traveled to Tenerife with my mother at the end of the European winter. That initial visit left a lasting impression on me, especially the stunning landscapes around Mount Teide. Seeing snow around its peak while people sunbathed and swam in the ocean was a surreal experience.
This year, I finally had the chance to return. It was a completely different trip, filled with fantastic outdoor activities I had never experienced before. Tenerife truly offers a plethora of options for outdoor sports, and thanks to its location and climate, these activities can be enjoyed year-round.
With only about a four-hour flight from Central Europe, Tenerife is a fantastic destination to escape the winter while exploring unique natural highlights you won’t find anywhere else.
