Before I was invited to the press trip to Chios, I had honestly never even heard of this Greek island… embarrassing, but true.

After spending five days there, though, I can’t wait to go back as there is still sooooo much more I want to see. It’s such a peaceful and off-the-radar spot, even though it’s actually the fifth-largest island in Greece!
